Jay joined the Intelisys Team in October of 2002 and brings over 25 years of telecom sales, marketing and management experience to his role at Intelisys. Jay spent 10 years with MCI Telecommunications in his early career, and in the years prior to joining Intelisys held leadership positions with CLEC, reseller and collaboration start-ups. In his role as President, Jay is responsible for managing all aspects of Intelisys' business operations as well as developing and executing strategies to grow and differentiate Intelisys in the marketplace. Jay is most passionate about celebrating the successes of Intelisys' top performing Sales Partners, maintaining a fun and rewarding culture for Intelisys colleagues, and evangelizing the huge opportunity for channel partners to capture more share in the telecommunications industry.

Carol joined our team in June 2003. She brings over 25 years of successful telecom and management experience to Intelisys. Carol has held a variety of support positions in channel sales, service, and marketing where she has been responsible for supporting independent sales distributors and end user customers worldwide. In her role as Vice President, Sales Operations, Carol is responsible for the systems and structures that support Intelisys' Sales Partners and Supplier Partners, as well as the Order Management and Audex teams. Carol is also a member of the Intelisys Strategy Team, working on strategic planning and execution of the overall Intelisys business plan.

Michael joined the Intelisys team in September 2007. He brings over 25 years of finance experience in a variety of industries with small and medium-sized companies, as well as large international corporations. Mike spent 12 years with British Petroleum as a business analyst and internal auditor, and in recent years has been involved with several other medium-sized companies in California, including Applied Graphics, where he was CFO for eight years. In his role as Vice President, Finance, Mike is responsible for managing all aspects of financial management, accounting, and commissions for Intelisys.

Mike joined our team in July 2004. Before coming to Intelisys, Mike worked as Intelisys' Channel Manager with Cable & Wireless from late 2000 through 2003. During this time Mike helped Intelisys become C&W's largest Master Agency. Prior to his role in C&W's Channel Program, Mike was the first direct sales representative in the history of the company to win the Annual National Sales Contest for eight consecutive years. In his role as Vice President, Partner Sales, Mike is responsible for all aspects of sales and sales management for Intelisys' Partner Sales business unit.

Rick joined our team in July 2010. With over 23 years of telecom experience in the channel, Rick opened one of the first Master Agencies, Online Telecom in 1987. After a successful run, which included opening six Bell Atlantic retail stores, he sold the company and in 2001 joined another master agent in the roles of EVP and COO. Over the years, Rick also enjoyed other entrepreneurial ventures such as restaurants, real estate and children's amusements. In his role as Vice President of Partner Sales and Business Development, Rick leads a strategic business development function, facilitating the company's growth into new markets, delivering unique revenue opportunities to Intelisys sales partners, and evaluating prospective mergers and acquisitions.

Karla joined the Intelisys team in January of 2009. Karla came to Intelisys after more than 10 years as a top performing Channel Manager at Qwest Communications now CenturyLink Alliance. While at Qwest/CenturyLink, Karla excelled in growing her partners' base and helping the agents find successful vertical markets. Karla was also responsible for managing the Intelisys partners in Florida during her tenure at Qwest/CenturyLink. Karla has a bachelors degree in communications from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Karla's primary functions in her role are assisting existing agents grow their base as well as finding new top producing agents who will excel to greater levels of excellence with the help and support of the Intelisys team.

MaryAnn joined Intelisys September 2007 as Executive Assistant for Telecom Services. MaryAnn possesses over 10 years experience in Administrative Services. She holds a BA degree in English and Secondary Teaching Credentials from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. MaryAnn also is backup support for both the Partner Support Team and the Sales Department in the recruitment of new Sales Partners and the support of existing Sales Partners. Currently, MaryAnn is in the process of completing a Wine Study Certificate from Santa Rosa Jr. College. Her hobbies include kayaking, cooking, and reading.

Connie Strouse joined the Intelisys team in June 2011 as the Sales Operations Coordinator. In her role, Connie performs the required processes for the acquisition of new prospective Sales Partners, completes base transfers, handles addendums, provides various reports and is the back-up for the Executive Assistant. Connie came to us with 15 years of experience in the automotive industry as an Administrative Assistant. She has served as President of the RC Cougar Boosters, which is a non-profit for the athletics at Rancho Cotate High School in Rohnert Park.

Teri Hammond joined the Intelisys team on Jan. 20, 2013, having previously worked at Qwest Communications, now CenturyLink, for more than 15 years. Having spent her entire telecomm career in the partner channel as support rep and later support manager, she has a lengthy history and relationship with Intelisys and its partners. She also has customer service and public relations experience in the journalism field of more than 16 years prior to joining Qwest. She is a Sr. Project Manager focusing on CenturyLink Channel Alliance.

Debbie joined Intelisys in 2006 through a merger with Resource Communications. She brings over 10 years of telecom experience. Debbie spent seven years with SBC, now AT&T, in the sales agency program as a sales support manager. In her role as project manager for Order Fulfillment at Intelisys, she is responsible for processing all AT&T orders across the nation, as well as Bell South and several major accounts that require submission via all LEC groups. Debbie earned her BA degree in Instructional Technology from California State University, Chico.

Ed joined our team in April 2011. He is currently working towards a degree in Business and Finance at the University of Phoenix. He brings over seven years of customer service and is accustomed to fast paced, high pressure environments. In his role as Partner Support Representative, Ed provides daily backup support for all members of our team, including managing daily workloads, meeting quote SLAs and providing assistance to Partner Support Reps who are out of the office or on vacation.

As an order fulfillment specialist, Casey assists in entering orders, pre-qualifications, and other pre-sales duties for the cable services team.

Beki joined our team in April 1998. She has a Bachelor's degree in English from Sonoma State University and an MBA with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Phoenix. Beki started at Intelisys in what was then called our Agent Support department, she spent four years launching, developing, and supervising that team, after which she spent two years managing Agent Development, followed by eight years as a Supplier Manager. In her current position as Director of Supplier Management and Programs, she is responsible for the Supplier Management department, the relationships with our Supplier Partners and the Development and Implementation of Programs across the organization, including the Intelisys Cloud Services University.

Christina brings to Intelisys over 20 years marketing, product development, and network management experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Intelisys she directed Ulu Telecom's marketing and sales, network design, implementation and planning. She has developed and maintained carrier products, project managed software development, managed cost reconciliation, engineering, and network planning and design in various telecommunication networks such as voice over IP, data, local, long distance, and wireless. Other titles held in her extensive career include Senior Director of Network Economics with Voila IP Communications, Product Manager with US One Communications, Senior Project Manager with Williams Communications, and Director of Circuit Provisioning and Cost with Vyvx/Wiltel companies.

Jennie Kimmel is the Marketing Communications Specialist. In her role, she focuses on advertising, all communications including editorials, website content, social media, press releases, etc. She has five years of administration, art making and customer service experience. She received her BFA in Photography from Indiana University and Herron School of Art in Indianapolis. After graduating in 2005 she worked at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. In 2009, she was offered an opportunity to move to Napa to work on a photography book.

Israel joined the Intelisys Partner Support Team in May 2006 with over 10 years of customer service, visual and merchandising experience. In July 2012 he joined the Marketing Team as Marketing Communications Specialist. Israel will be responsible for website updates, Audex set-up and technical assistance, sales team support and event registration and reporting.

Elise joined Intelisys in December 2004 as the Recruiting Coordinator and moved into the role of Supplier Manager in January 2008. In January 2013, Elise transitioned to the role of Executive Administrative Manager. Elise is responsible for supporting the Senior Vice Presidents on a day to day basis, and is a key player in many of the VAR Cloud Programs. Elise also manages the Operational Efficiencies & Projects and is the internal tool expert. In addition, Elise will also provide backup assistance to the Supplier Management team, Marketing team and Recruiting team.

Gerry joined the team in February 2006. He brings to the position of Commissions Manager 14 years experience at GE, working in various capacities in their New Business department. He worked for Autodesk and HP as a key builder to create relationships between customers and Autodesk and HP teams in order to stimulate new business and to develop on site help desk support. In his role as Commissions Manager, Gerry works with Intelisys Sales Partners and Suppliers on commission issues and processes monthly commission reports from our Suppliers through RPM.

Patricia (Pat) joined the Intelisys Commissions team in February 2011. Pat comes to us with over 30 years of customer service experience. Her experience ranges from IT networking, set up, installation of hardware and software, repair, issue resolution and general customer service. In her role as Commissions Accountant, Pat is responsible for processing order and commission reports.

Prior to moving to California, he taught middle school Physical Science and high school Chemistry and Biology in Washington, DC. Laurie joined the Intelisys team in May 2013. Laurie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University, graduating summa cum laude with distinction. Her area of emphasis was Finance. Laurie began her finance career working for Cerent Corporation, a local telecommunications start-up company, and comes to us with 12 years of experience working in Finance at Cisco Systems, Inc. She held several different positions during her tenure at Cisco. Her responsibilities included stock administration, prototype expense management, and management of the product bookings forecast cycle for Optical and Cable business units. In her role as Commissions Accountant, Laurie is responsible for processing commission reports, auditing and commission inquiries.

Bonnie joined the Intelisys Commissions team in November 2007 as Commission Accountant. She was formerly involved in the mortgage industry and brings over 20 years of finance experience which includes a working knowledge of complex reconciliations. In January 2013, Bonnie transitioned as a Financial Analyst and is responsible for auditing and analyzing all monthly commissions reports. Bonnie will be essential in creating and maintaining sales and financial reporting for the Finance Department.

Amy joined our team in January 2003. Amy comes to us with 12 years of Administrative experience with the six prior to Intelisys being in telecom. Her background includes customer support, technical support, project coordination and training, as well as sales support. In her role as Senior Human Resources Manager, Amy is responsible for the office, our network, and systems equipment maintenance. She also manages the human resources department and is responsible for facilities and systems at Intelisys.
