Co-Founders Rick Dellar and Rick Sheldon, and
Rick and Rick co-founded Intelisys in 1994. Both had successful track records as top producers in direct and indirect carrier sales and management assignments. They built Intelisys from the ground up, understanding the unique challenges of becoming successful telecom agents. Dana Topping joined Intelisys as an equity partner in 2006 through a merger with his company, Resource Communications. Dana's expertise was high-level design of private networks for Fortune 100 customers and designing applications for them. Dana currently focuses on building and shaping Intelisys' vision through innovative solutions in an era of convergence. Rick, Rick, and Dana share executive management responsibilities for the overall strategic direction of the company. Together with the Intelisys Strategy Team, they are responsible for developing sales, support, and value-added applications that drive revenue growth and provide Intelisys’ top-performing Sales Partners with an experience that is unmatched in the industry. Andrew joined Intelisys through the acquisition of Cloud Services Coalition, a Master Agency and Integrator that he founded with the purpose of helping the channel address the growing demand for cloud services, such as hosted VoIP, cloud computing and cloud infrastructure. He has been in the telecommunications & IT industries for 24 years and has held senior sales leadership positions with carriers such as AT&T, MCI and WorldCom. In 2001, Pryfogle helped to launch GoBeam Communications, a pioneer in hosted IP telephony that was sold in 2004 to Covad Communications, where Pryfogle then spent three years running the channel. Pryfogle also serves on the advisory board for Channel Partners and is a founding member of Cloud & Technology Transformation Alliance (CTTA).
Carol joined our team in June 2003. She brings over 25 years of successful telecom and management experience to Intelisys. Carol has held a variety of support positions in channel sales, service, and marketing where she has been responsible for supporting independent sales distributors and end user customers worldwide. In her role as Vice President, Sales Operations, Carol is responsible for the systems and structures that support Intelisys’ Sales Partners and Supplier Partners, as well as the Order Management and Audex teams. Carol is also a member of the Intelisys Strategy Team, working on strategic planning and execution of the overall Intelisys business plan.
Michael joined the Intelisys team in September 2007. He brings over 25 years of finance experience in a variety of industries with small and medium-sized companies, as well as large international corporations. Mike spent 12 years with British Petroleum as a business analyst and internal auditor, and in recent years has been involved with several other medium-sized companies in California, including Applied Graphics, where he was CFO for eight years. In his role as Vice President, Finance, Mike is responsible for managing all aspects of financial management, accounting, and commissions for Intelisys.
Mike joined our team in July 2004. Before coming to Intelisys, Mike worked as Intelisys’ Channel Manager with Cable & Wireless from late 2000 through 2003. During this time Mike helped Intelisys become C&W’s largest Master Agency. Prior to his role in C&W’s Channel Program, Mike was the first direct sales representative in the history of the company to win the Annual National Sales Contest for eight consecutive years. In his role as Vice President, Partner Sales, Mike is responsible for all aspects of sales and sales management for Intelisys’ Partner Sales business unit.
Rick joined our team in July 2010. With over 23 years of telecom experience in the channel, Rick opened one of the first Master Agencies, Online Telecom in 1987. After a successful run, which included opening six Bell Atlantic retail stores, he sold the company and in 2001 joined another master agent in the roles of EVP and COO. Over the years, Rick also enjoyed other entrepreneurial ventures such as restaurants, real estate and children’s amusements. In his role as Vice President of Partner Sales and Business Development, Rick leads a strategic business development function, facilitating the company’s growth into new markets, delivering unique revenue opportunities to Intelisys sales partners, and evaluating prospective mergers and acquisitions. Justin joined the Intelisys team in August 2011. He comes to us from XO, where he spent 11 years as a Channel Manager in the NY market. Seven of those years, he was the top performing Channel Manager for XO nationwide. Justin graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a BA in Exercise Science. He began his telecom career right out of college with Allegiance Telecom, which was later acquired by XO. In his role as Senior Manager, Strategic Partner Development, he supports select partners throughout the northeast with a focus on the metro NY & NJ Markets.
Karla joined the Intelisys team in January of 2009. Karla came to Intelisys after more than 10 years as a top performing Channel Manager at Qwest Communications. While at Qwest, Karla excelled in growing her partners' base and helping the agents find successful vertical markets. Karla was also responsible for managing the Intelisys partners in Florida during her tenure at Qwest. Karla has a bachelors degree in communications from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Karla’s primary functions in her role are assisting existing agents grow their base as well as finding new top producing agents who will excel to greater levels of excellence with the help and support of the Intelisys team. Barbara joined Intelisys through the acquisition of Cloud Services Coalition in 2012. She brings nearly 30 years of experience in technology sales with companies such as Ingram Micro, Cable & Wireless, ICS, Panterra Networks, and Covad. Barbara’s deep knowledge of channel sales and sales management is highlighted by her ability to expertly grow and develop teams that embrace breakthrough technologies as new sales opportunities. Barbara believes that sales should be approached with integrity. The best business opportunities and customer solutions are those that benefit all parties. She brings this conviction to her Channel Partners and customers, ensuring satisfaction in the Cloud.
Bob joined Intelisys through the acquisition of Cloud Services Coalition in 2012. He brings over 25 successful years in voice and data communications, with expertise in building great channel communities for companies like PanTerra Networks, Covad Communications and New Edge Networks. Bob was one of the original Channel Managers at GoBeam, one of the first commercial service provider deployments of Hosted VoIP. Bob combines a consultative sales approach with a tenacious personality, ensuring that both the Channel Partners he supports and the end-user customers have the Cloud Solution that best fits their needs.
Georgina joined Intelisys through the acquisition of Cloud Services Coalition in 2012. With over 10 years in Support, Sales, and Management for technology companies such as New Edge Networks, Covad Communications, and WiLine Networks, Georgina brings a broad understanding of the myriad details involved in each project and an analytical mind equipped to overcome almost any challenge. Georgina uses her extraordinary organizational skills and a unique ability to build rapport to unite the parties involved in a Cloud Solution. As an active listener with exceptional communication skills, she bridges the gap between complex solution and seamless integration.
Ray joined Intelisys through the acquisition of Cloud Services Coalition in 2012, a Master Agency and Integrator that Andrew Pryfogle founded with the purpose of helping the channel address the growing demand for cloud services, such as hosted VoIP, cloud computing and cloud infrastructure.
Steve joined our team in February 2007. Steve has over 25 years of telecommunications experience with companies such as Harris, Nortel Networks, Teltronics, and most recently Inter-Tel. Steve has held both Sales and Sales Engineering positions throughout his career, where he has provided enhanced services solutions to both domestic and international carriers, as well as enterprise customers. He provides an excellent resource as a technical sales overlay, in his position as Sales Engineer for Complex Bids, assisting our top performers with their most valued accounts. Steve currently holds TIA Converged Technologies Professional (CTP) and Cisco CCNA certifications.
Brad joined Intelisys through the acquisition of Cloud Services Coalition in 2012. Brad brings over 20 years of experience in computer engineering, network design, and hosted applications. As a pioneer in the Cloud Telephony arena, Brad was a part of early deployments that faced many challenges and he spent countless hours assisting major players in the Cloud with refining the technology of their offerings. Brad began as a petroleum engineer and spent six years overseas building a multi-site fiber optic network. He then spent 12 years running his own company, Mountain Computer Engineering, which specialized in network operations and hosted VoIP, and was VP of Technology for Canon which became one of the leading Cicso UC500 resellers in Northern California. Brad is Cisco Select certified and works closely with Cisco engineers as a pre-release testing partner. He has intimate knowledge of what customers expect from their integrated telephony, computer, and networking environment, and he has an unquenchable desire to find, fix, or inspire the ideal solution.

MaryAnn joined Intelisys September 2007 as Executive Assistant for Telecom Services. MaryAnn possesses over 10 years experience in Administrative Services. She holds a BA degree in English and Secondary Teaching Credentials from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. MaryAnn also is backup support for both the Partner Support Team and the Sales Department in the recruitment of new Sales Partners and the support of existing Sales Partners. Currently, MaryAnn is in the process of completing a Wine Study Certificate from Santa Rosa Jr. College. Her hobbies include kayaking, cooking, and reading.

Connie came to us with 15 years of experience in the automotive industry as an Administrative Assistant. She has served as President of the RC Cougar Boosters, which is a non-profit for the athletics at Rancho Cotate High School in Rohnert Park.

Rebekah joined our team in April 1998. Prior to Intelisys, she worked at AVIRNEX supporting the Business Development and Sales Management team. She earned her undergraduate degree from Sonoma State University, and recently completed her MBA with an emphasis in Marketing with the University of Phoenix. Rebekah started at Intelisys in what was then called our Agent Support department, after which she spent two years managing Agent Development. In her current position as Supplier Manager, she is responsible for managing our portfolio of Supplier Partners and communicating valuable Supplier and Product information to Intelisys Sales Partners.

Christina brings to Intelisys over 20 years marketing, product development, and network management experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Intelisys she directed Ulu Telecom’s marketing and sales, network design, implementation and planning. She has developed and maintained carrier products, project managed software development, managed cost reconciliation, engineering, and network planning and design in various telecommunication networks such as voice over IP, data, local, long distance, and wireless. Other titles held in her extensive career include Senior Director of Network Economics with Voila IP Communications, Product Manager with US One Communications, Senior Project Manager with Williams Communications, and Director of Circuit Provisioning and Cost with Vyvx/Wiltel companies.

Jennie Kimmel is the Marketing Communications Specialist. In her role, she focuses on advertising, all communications including editorials, website content, social media, press releases, etc. She has five years of administration, art making and customer service experience. She received her BFA in Photography from Indiana University and Herron School of Art in Indianapolis. After graduating in 2005 she worked at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. In 2009, she was offered an opportunity to move to Napa to work on a photography book.

Gerry joined the team in February 2006. He brings to the position of Commissions Manager 14 years experience at GE, working in various capacities in their New Business department. He worked for Autodesk and HP as a key builder to create relationships between customers and Autodesk and HP teams in order to stimulate new business and to develop on site help desk support. In his role as Commissions Manager, Gerry works with Intelisys Sales Partners and Suppliers on commission issues and processes monthly commission reports from our Suppliers through RPM.

Patricia (Pat) joined the Intelisys Commissions team in February 2011. Pat comes to us with over 30 years of customer service experience. Her experience ranges from IT networking, set up, installation of hardware and software, repair, issue resolution and general customer service. In her role as Commissions Accountant, Pat is responsible for processing order and commission reports.

Lyndon holds two degrees in Zoology, a BS from Howard University and MS from University of Maryland.

Amy joined our team in January 2003. Amy comes to us with 12 years of Administrative experience with the six prior to Intelisys being in telecom. Her background includes customer support, technical support, project coordination and training, as well as sales support. In her role as Senior Human Resources Manager, Amy is responsible for the office, our network, and systems equipment maintenance. She also manages the human resources department and is responsible for facilities and systems at Intelisys.
