Earn Over-rides for Referring New Sales PartnersIntelisys offers an unparalleled referral program for selected Sales Partners that refer new prospective Partners to Intelisys. The program is being offered as an incentive for our Partners to refer qualified telecom Agents to us.What is a Qualified Referral? Generally, qualified referrals are Agents that are selling at least $5,000 in new monthly revenue, sell telecom services full time, have a successful track record as an independent Agent or carrier rep, and have existing relationships with business telecom decision makers. Not Competition with Your Sub-Agent Recruiting This program is not intended to compete with our Partners in the development of their own sub-agent communities. Rather, the program is being offered to our Partners as a commission opportunity to refer prospective Partners to us that do not complement your company’s sub-agent development strategy. Referral Commissions Payment Schedule Referral commissions are paid to referring Partners according to the following schedule: 1. Intelisys will pay a $100 American Express Gift Cheque to Contracted Sales Partners for every qualified* Partner referral that signs an Intelisys Independent Sales Partner Agreement. The gift cheque will be mailed within two weeks of the date that Intelisys receives the original signed Partner Agreement from the referred Partner. 2. Intelisys will pay 5% over-ride of residual commissions for new sales earned by referred Sales Partner to the referring Sales Partner for the first 24 months from the date their referred Sales Partners sign the Intelisys agreement. This payout will be made to the referring Partner as a regular commission payment.
